Welcome to the Whimsical World of William Denton Ray. All work posted here is 100% completely original and hand created by me! IMPORTANT- All WORK OR SOME ITEMS MAY BE ON DISPLAY AT A GALLERY LOCALLY SO ALL ITEMS ARE AT A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. Payments
Credit Card and Paypal will be accepted. I will ship out the work when payment has cleared Etsy. If paying by check through the postal service the item will be shipped out after 5 business days to be sure the check is valid. No exceptions will be made in this circumstance. I include Invoices in every order if you wish to not have an Invoice included or other special request please address those in the notes or send me a Convo for details.
Shipping
I offer international and domestic shipping. For most orders I ship via USPS. For larger orders I will use UPS. All orders are shipped out within 5 days of order confirmation. Shipping amounts are estimated to include Shipping cost as well as the cost of packaging materials and shipping insurance for the value of the artwork. Please message immediately if you require a specific time of arrival for a product. Items are shipped once payment has cleared processing time.
I have two locations of operation. My home Studio and my actual Studio in Downtown Indianapolis. 95% of my inventory in at my Downtown location. I request 3-5 days of processing time to pick up the artwork / Pack up the Artwork and then finally ship out the work. I usually have all purchases shipped within 3 days.
Holidays - Please keep in mind Holiday times! I need at least 5 business days before a Major Holiday to get the artwork shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Whimsical Funk - William Denton Ray will refund a Buyer full amount if a buyer purchases a product via Etsy and that item or items have been purchased at a local gallery at the same time or within 24 hours of purchase time.
